Broadway Backwards Accessibility Information
We’re committed to ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable as we celebrate LGBTQ+ love. Below, you’ll find accessibility information for the Gershwin Theatre, home to Broadway’s Wicked and this year’s edition of Broadway Backwards.
- There are both elevators and escalators at this theater which go to every floor
- Wheelchair seating is available in the rear orchestra section and in the mezzanine, accessible by elevator
- Only the last row of the orchestra and row D of the front mezzanine (accessible by elevator) can be reached with no steps. The front orchestra can only be reached by steps.
- The theater is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and loop listening device system. Listening devices are available in the lobby, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
