Live Auction COVID Guidelines

The live auction at the Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction will take place on the pedestrian plaza on Broadway between West 45th and 46th Streets. Our priority is that you enjoy yourself while remaining healthy and safe.

  • All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask.
  • To obtain a reserved seat for the live auction, proof of vaccination will be required, as is the current standard in Broadway theaters. Acceptable forms of proof include an image or photocopy of your vaccination card, the New York State Excelsior Pass or NYC Covid Safe app. Please be sure to bring your proof of vaccination with you to the auction. This will be needed to enter the reserved seating area.
    • For those with a verified medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination, as well as children under 12, you may attend with proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event. Test results must be provided for entry.
  • All staff and volunteers will be masked and fully vaccinated.

Final logistics will follow any additional CDC, state and local COVID-19 safety protocols in effect at the time of the event.
