SNAP Uncertainty Prompts $1.5 Million in Emergency Food Grants
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS awarded $1.5 million in emergency grants to support 148 food service organizations nationwide, helping ensure meals and essential nutrition for millions affected by the federal government’s uncertainty in providing November 2025’s SNAP benefits. This unprecedented round of grantmaking was made possible by the generosity and compassion of the theater community and its audiences.
Hurricane Melissa Relief Gets $100,000 in Emergency Grants
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS sent $100,000 in emergency humanitarian support to World Central Kitchen and World Food Program USA which are providing on-the-ground relief to those in Jamaica and across the Caribbean affected by the historic devastation of Hurricane Melissa.

Hudson Valley Dance Festival Delivers World-Class Dance and Historic Fundraising
A rustic wooden warehouse on the radiant, foliage-studded banks of the Hudson River transformed into a world-class dance space as Hudson Valley Dance Festival returned October 11, 2025.
